PROS

-supports flat feet
-good inner padding
-some people felt like walking on air
-reduction of impact when walking for some
-might be sore because these shoes will work you out!!
-nice thick, but light weight feel

CONS

-only Back and White color option available
-may cause A LOT of injuries (but usually older people buy these)
-cannot be danced in
-some experienced pain, especially in the hips area
-winded easily
-wobbly effect
-not the cutest shoe design ever

OVERALL

Sketchers Shape Ups are either a "LOVE it!" or "hate it..." product, so if you have feet problems, try these out, but STOP wearing them if they hurt after a few wears.
